| January of 1999 found Concert Opera Boston as a supporter of the Newton Symphony's "An Encore Evening of Opera Favorites" starring Boston favorites Ellen Chickering, Gale Fuller, Mark Evans, and David Murray. Jeffrey Rink, Music Director of Concert Opera Boston and the Newton Symphony Orchestra conducted. The evening was a big success and Maestro Rink promised there would be more opera in the NSO's future. | |||||||||||||
